I think she trying to announce baby number two(2)...Beyonce posted this pic on Instagram with her body covered in sand and it's bump her stomach out... I can't say maybe it's really baby number 2 because it's look hilarious and it's hard to read, though one of her followers take notice of it as a pregnant...
I just want to ask maybe Beyonce is really pregnant or she just playing with us????
