Christina Milian working with Lil Wayne on Upcoming Reality Show...

2015 is expected to be one of the most important years in Christina Milian's career both as a singer and as an entrepreneur. Still working on
her upcoming fourth studio album, which will serve as a follow-up to her 2006 full-length project So Amazin' , and a rumored mixtape
dubbed Tina Turn Up, the Grammy-nominated singer is also to debut her own reality show. Less than a week prior the official premiere of
Christina Milian Turned Up on January 18th at 10/9c on E! , we caught up with Milian and asked
her a few questions about working with her family on the show, what we can expect from it, her strong relationship with her mother and her sisters, as well as recording "Start a Fire" with Lil Wayne and their charismatic joint performance of the track at the 2014 American Music Awards.

The premiere of your new reality series, Christina Milian Turned Up, is less than two weeks away. How
do you feel after so many weeks of filming?

Are you nervous prior to the pilot
episode? Nervous?!? Of course
[laughs]. I'm excited at the same time. Filming the show was definitely a job. It's crazy, you think you're just running around with cameras filming you, but it's far more complex. All in all, I loved it
and I'm excited to show the world what my world is all about. I'm a single mom who's passionate about her career, family and just living life to the fullest. I'm human.
I make mistakes, I grow from them… and I'm no different than any other person, so I'm not afraid to be
vulnerable or be judged. I'm
used to it. I just hope to show women we can grow and follow our dreams and live for ourselves. Be happy!

Working with your family is
a completely different experience from simply sharing the same household, isn't it? How would you
describe the whole working
process? It's cray. My family has
never experienced this before, so it was a fun little adventure. We had real loving family moments, we
argue, we cry, laugh, the whole deal. The show definitely brought us back together and I'm happy my
family is getting the opportunity to take their lives to the next level both financially and just overall for
their direction in their careers.

What would your reaction
be, if Christina Milian Turned
Up spawns comparisons to
one of the most popular reality shows right now, Keeping Up with the Kardashians?

That's a compliment. They're a successful and very close family who seem to have a lot of fun, plus
they're pioneer women. Ivcould only pray to have the same success as they've had, but I must say we are
different too! There's plenty of room for all our shows tocsucceed at the same time and feel I fortunate that the E! Network believes in our
show as well.

For those who are not aware, you're not just a sight for soar eyes in front of the screen, but are also
an incredible singer. In fact, you and Lil Wayne recently recorded the track "Start a Fire." We know that you are the one, who originally came up with the concept of the
song.

What was the first thought that came to your mind when Wayne and his team approved it and
pronounced it the next
single of his Tha Carter V
album?
I was so excited! It was
totally unexpected. It was a
demo I had in my pocket for
quite some time and I always
felt it'd be a great record to
do with Wayne. I hadn't
come up with the concept of
the song however, just to
clear that up, but just
fortunate enough to have
found that record and fell in
love with it and threw my
vocals on it asap. I'm hoping
we get to shoot a video for
the song in time.
You and Wayne debuted the
track at the 2014 American
Music Awards. Without a
doubt, during your joint
performance, you showcased
great chemistry between
each other. What was it like
to perform with Weezy on
stage?
It was just that. Pure
chemistry. We love to work
together and he's been so
supportive. This past year
we've really kicked it into full
gear and been very
supportive of what's coming
next musically. Wayne is an
inspiration for an artist like
myself and since I have been
working with him, I have
definitely stepped my A
game up when it comes to
work. That performance
popped up out of nowhere
so I had to prepare myself
on spur of the moment and I
think we did pretty good for
a first time performance
together.
