Jurassic World took a ginormous bite out of the history books with a monstrous opening that broke records. The new film, the fourth in the Jurassic Park franchise, earned $204.6 million in its first week. That was more than enough to make the movie the biggest June opening of all time. It's now the second biggest U.S. opening ever, right behind The Avengers , which remains at the top with $207.4 million.
