Last week Budden lashed out at Meek for behaving like a gentleman around Onika, which contradicts the characteristics he claims in his music. Later, Mill clapped back at Joe on Twitter, while Minaj issued a far more diplomatic response.
In his interview with HOT97, Budden said he was only joking while making those comments. However, Ebro made a very good point – if you have listened to his controversial conversation on I'll Name This Podcast Later, you will know he sounded dead serious.
As well, Joe claims he has no issues with Meek, but was asked if he would like to engage in a rap battle with him. While he never said he believes he would humiliate the Philly native, Budden did suggest he is not on his level. Ouch!
Last but not least, the Slaughterhouse rapper plugged his upcoming album All Love Lost, due out on September 25th.
