Omari Ishmael Grandberry known as Omarion, an American R&B singer, songwriter, dancer and actor topped the Billboard's Mainstream R&B/ Hip-Hop airplay Chart this week, with his Chris Brown and Jhene Aiko assisted "Post To Be," off of his latest album Sex Playlist.
Conquering the pole position this week, the song granted Omarion his first ever number one as a lead artist and only his second in his solo career. Back in 2005, he topped the chart as a featured artist on Bow Wow's "Let Me Hold You."
The No. 1 beats out Mariah Carey for the longest break between No. 1 peaks by seven months and two weeks. Carey claimed the longest interval when "We Belong Together" reached the top on July 11, 2005, nine years, one month and one week after "Always Be My Baby" touched the top (May 4, 1996)...
