After a long and lasting dissing, Drake had plans to deliver his third and final diss against Meek Mill tonight during the OVO Music Festival in Toronto.
The canadian rapper is supposedly capable of ending Meek's career once and for all with his third and final track aimed at him.
Numerous online users have confirmed Drake has uploaded the new track on OVO Sound's SoundCloud page, but it remains private for now.
