Kim Kardashian is threatening to sue a photo agency for trying to sell allegedly nude photos of her lounging by the pool at her Hidden Hills home.
The reality TV star, who is pregnant with her second child with husband Kanye West, had her lawyer, Marty Singer, send a legal letter to Los Angeles-based paparazzi agency X17, demanding they remove the alleged naked photos of Kardashian from their website.
Singer also warned the agency if they tried to sell the photos to another outlet, Kardashian would take them to court for invasion of privacy.
According to Singer, the supposed nude photos were illegally taken by a photographer using a telephoto lens in a helicopter that was flying over Kardashian's house.
In the photos, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is supposedly seen laying out by her pool with nothing on. Kardashian's attorney, however, says she was actually wearing a blue bikini, but immediately grabbed a towel to cover up when she spotted the helicopter.
Kardashian has not mentioned the alleged naked photos on her social media accounts. The E! personality obviously has no problem with professionally-taken nude photos for magazine shoots, but understandably does not want to be illegally photographed while on her own private property.
