After getting arrested twice in less than a month and posting a $2 million bail to regain his freedom, the MMG head honcho has been served with another lawsuit, this time by a woman who claims she suffered body disfigurement at his Florida home back in 2011, The Jasmine Brand reports.
The plaintiff, Norbert Martins, has filed a lawsuit against Rick Ross and his mother Tommie claiming she suffered disfigurement while at his Florida crib. She recalls being invited at the house on December 19th, 2011 and both were negligent in keeping the property safe for the guests.
Martins says due to their lack of care, she tripped and injured herself due to a iron yard enclosure hardware and its attachments being at ground level. She explains she suffered severe damage, including bodily injuries, disfigurement, expense for hospitalization, medical, nursing and treatment costs along with the loss of ability to earn income.
Martins is demanding that Ross pays her $15,000. The Bawse has responded to the lawsuit, calling it ridiculous. The case is still pending in Florida court.
